I called GBS when I noticed a break of the arm on my Sofa on other stains. They said that They didn't cover any breaks and the stains were too since I first noticed them. 3 months. Got it professionally done and still there. I'm still trying to figure out what the warranty was for. Not worth the extra money

I called yr customer service department to set up someone to clean my leather sofa and chair a service man came out took pictures and called his office He explained to me that his company does not clean leather sofas cleary yr warrant states under coverages DYE TRANSFER from Jeans and Newspaper. Your service rep told me to call the company i purchased it from and request a refund. This is unacceptable behavior I purchased a leather sofa,chair and ottoman from The company called The Dump warranty information is STOR #512 D model DUMPFURN2500-****//BRAND 53811/ECO PREM PRO 2500-**** cost $279.99 purchased Sept 256, 2020 /sales person James M Aggie this was purchased under the name of Marie Beecham . I would appreciate hearing from someone within next 10 days PP thank you

Purchased a table with chairs from Ashley Furniture. One of the chairs was accidently punctured with scissors by a six year old during remote learning at home. I submitted the claim within 2 days of the damage. I submitted all documentation and pictures. They denied the claim saying it was from "cracking and peeling". Worthless company!!!

Protection plan is a scam. It's supposed to cover rips and tears. Our love seat fabric is pulling apart by the cup holders. Was told that it isn't covered because it's in a seam. I sent them pictures showing it is not in a seam and they said they aren't covering it. Wouldn't let us talk to a manager.

I purchased furniture with an extended furniture cleaning contract. I initiated a claim on January 18, 2021. No one has called to set up a date for cleaning. I've called several times just to be put on hold for hours then the call disconnects. The online chat agent asks for $1 for unlimited assistance. This company is horrible and a scam! All I want is what I paid for which is to have my furniture cleaned. I have also filed a complaint and reported this company for fraud.

Not properly handle this claim as per contract

Have a recliner that is broken where the lever is to recline it. Also have a rip on the foot rest. Wont fix the foot rest cause they say that it is not ripped, that it is loose thread. Well of course there is loose thread cause there is *** and its ripped. It is suppose to be cover according to my contract. As far as the lever they say they are waiting to hear from the company who has the part. Thats already been a week. Called to check on all of this and was getting frustrated with the girl that was helping me so asked to talk to a supervisor and she said that the supervisor will call me in 4 hours of course that didnt happened. This place is the biggest rip off business. Will never use them again nor will I use Ashley Furniture again for using them and talking me into this contract

This company is terrible. It took me 5 or 6 phone calls to finally get in touch with a person. I was hung up on several times, twice after sitting on hold for 40 mins a girl came on the phone and said hello saying she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I finally was able to speak with someone only for her to inform me they don't cover all damage. Basically only cover rips or stains. Nothing else. No broken zippers, no internal damage. If i could give them a ZERO i would.

I purchased a dining set from Ashley Furniture in 2018, along with the GBS warranty. The legs on my dining chair have been a problem since the purchase. A technician came to my home within a year and tightened the bolts. Now the wood is cracked and the chair cannot be used to sit in. GBS did not honor the 5 year warranty after only 2 years of ownership! Only my husband and I live in the home so the furniture is not abused or widely used. I do not recommend this additional purchase to anyone. They did not stand by their warranty. Never again!Angry

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I FILED A CLAIM ON MY CHAIR AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE, ALL THEY DID WAS HAVE ME SEND PICTURES. WHERE THE DAMAGE WAS IT IS HARD TO SEE WHAT THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED FROM. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED THAT'S IT. I UNDERSTOOD THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME AND INSPECT THE DAMAGE IN PERSON. Will not return emails and does not respond by phone. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Been talking to a manager and still no quick response. I have sent several emails to her and she finally replied saying she had been off for a couple of days and apologized for not getting right back to me and Then I asked her questions about my case The very same day and have heard nothing back at all. I just wish someone from the company would make a sincere effort to get back with me and try their very best to get back to me. I have been trying to get answers since February 23. When I call I get no one.
