I bought the their warranty for my furniture and paid the money . I filed a claim it has been seven months that I am waiting for the part , every time I call they tell me you will receive it in two weeks but now it is seven months , still have not received the part .the worst service I have ever received in my life .
They keels lying . would not buy their service ever and would not recommend to anyone.
I contact them and wanted to talk to a supervisor they never connect me and was told somebody is going to call you but never received the call. So frustrated.
